Places to live too. HOAs in the central Fl area are HIGH! 95% of new communities are gated and have HOAs. If your lucky to find an older community with no HOAs, a house 2 doors down could contain a hood rat or some ghetto A$$ Boricua. I know, we've been looking and that's what we've found in the "affordability" areas. Now, if you pay for 1mil house, then you are golden.
