On January 8, 2010, an incident took place between Randy Orton and a teenage fan in Massachusetts.
According to reports, a 15 year old fan saw Randy Orton outside of a Chinese restaurant called Kowloon. The fan went up to Randy Orton, took a picture, and asked the former WWE Heavyweight Champion to pose together for another picture.
Suffice it to say, things did not go well right after that point.
Newspaper reports show that the teenager, accompanied by his mother, went to the Saugus police department and filed an assault charge against Randy Orton. The charge is that Randy Orton spit on the kid and used profanities towards him. A friend of the teenager has agreed to be a witness.
The young man also stated that Randy Orton told him to "Sue me!"
As of right now, neither Randy Orton nor WWE have publicly responded to these allegations.

Two sides to every story, I doubt the kid was all innocent like he claims.

Spitting on someone is the worst form of assault i would of stabbed the big bastard if he spit on me thats f---ing disgusting and he should be arrested

^^ On the contrary verbal assault and spitting are at the minimulist end of assualt, I should say that stabbing someone is at the most serious end of the spectrum.
Most spitting charges get downgraded to lessar charges of offensive behaviour or even breach of the peace, these charges rarely find their way to court. If the defendant pleads guilty the most they would get is a fine of maybe $150.

If someone with A.I.D.S. spits into your eyes or an open sore, you can contract the disease from it. If some one spit on somebody else & got stabbed to death, I would laugh especially since they would probely only get a $150 fine if it went to court.

Orton is sure a chip off the old block. His dad was a prick to fans back in the day and the apple sure didn't fall far from the tree it sounds like.
