They should cut him. Jon Jones took his soul. He fights like a guy who's just there for the paycheck.
Just about everyone from those early seasons of TUF has retired or they look like they should retire (Koscheck, Sanchez, Guillard, Burkman).

I don't think Evans' issues are with his soul, I think his body is shot. The dude was on the shelf for almost two years, I think those issues have left him unable to deliver at this level.
