On topic, there's been rumours of Chael going up to 205 and rumours of Rashad going down to 185, hopefully this would be at 185 if it happened to possibly set up Silva vs Evans (yes, I'd want Rashad to get a title shot after 1 win. Hell, I'd let him move down to 185 and get an automatic title shot, deal with it.)

if one is going up and the other is going down then its a perfect time for a catchweight fight
evans should be able to get a shot right away.......but it would be nice to give him at least 1 fight to make sure the cut is ok

Do it catch weight, why not? Neither guy would lose foot in their respective divisions. Both guys are stuck and can't beat the current champs. I love this fight. Plus if Rashad beats chael they could sell Rashad vs Silva. Pumped, make it happen ufc!

What was the numbers with the Silva/Sonnen II?
Remember the numbers that were floating around here a few months ago. There is no change in the PPV draws except they do not have Brock Lesnar throwing the averages off. While the numbers may be a bit lower than a few years ago, it is not that big of a deal considering how many free cards are put out every year.

Evans has hinted at moving down while Chael has discussed possibly moving up. Perhaps they should meet in the middle? Both are coming off losses in title fights, have strong wrestling backgrounds, and love to talk trash. This would be an entertaining match up.

Definitely will be a stand up battle. Wrestling could get interesting, and Chael does have better wrestling but Suga is a bigger guy.

I don't think he is bigger than Chael. Chael probably cuts from 220 or so and Rashad was not a big 205er
