Doubtful.
She's been more exposed to EVERYTHING mainstream media wise, more so than any MMA fighter before her (including Mens MMA). Her image isn't something to be concerned about. She's still one of the easiest fighters to market to a broad range of fans at this point, that it's almost silly. Between MMA, movies, media, her name is getting out faster, and to more people, than anyone before her.
And honestly, I don't want to see her lose. Not that I fear her going off the deep end, leaving the sport, etc.... But that would damage her image more so than just a personal beef with 1 particular fighter.

Depends on who actually cares about her "image". From a fans perspective who gives a s---, people will tune in to see her win OR lose, but it absolutely won't hurt her sponsorship image because she gets more popular due to the interest in her.

That's what I was thinking. One fight? I'm not even sure what that's referring to; her not shaking Meisha's hand? I didn't even really have a problem with that, but she was a walking disaster in TUF.

i'm always for the underdog, but honestly i don't find her yet to be the "top dog", it's too early in womens UFC mma to really anoint her that. who has she beat, Meisha Tate twice? that's not much. Liz Carmouche had pretty good success against her, and besides being tough, Liz ain't that great.

Bad attitude from a whole season of TUF. I could care less if she shook Tate's hand after the fight or not. Actually, not shaking made sense, since she was a kind of a b---- for a whole season, no need to be a hipocrite and shake hands afterwards.
If your hardest worker flips other employees off on a daily basis, what kind of exemple does that set?
Don't get me wrong. She is a f---ing BEAST as a fighter, athlete and she is cute too, but the hate you see and hear from some fans comes from her horrible attitude on TUF.

I didn't see it that way.
The entire season I saw Tate and her camp antagonizing Ronda and pushing her buttons. Every time Ronda would react, Tate would essentailly take a step back, throw her hands up and say, "woah woah, settle down there crazy!" and pretend like she did no wrong.
Then again, it doesn't really matter what I saw... enough writers viewed it through different lenses and enough people agreed with them that it might have hurt Ronda's image.
Personally, I went into that season thinking Ronda was all hype. I came out of that season with a lot of respect for her.
I don't know if she's going to win tomorrow, but, I wouldn't bet on her losing.

If doing TUF/Movies/training/fighting two fights within 2 months/doing more movies/keeping up with public appearances/keeping the UFC informed all within the same year isn't the hardest working fighter I don't know who is. Diaz can't even get to 1 press conference when he's gift wrapped a title shot. Hardest working fighter and it's not even close.
