I did notice the news crew seemed to be on scene.
I mean they could been there covering some Christmas thing but they are filming as Santa's being cuffed so yeah could be a fake.

To be fair, that one is only "likely" fake. It has all the hallmarks (unsubstantiated, insufficient details to substantiate like the name of the hospital), but hasn't actively been disproven.
