it would have been crazy for ZUFFA to pay more than 100 millions for something that is worth was 30 millions. in fact it is a win - win sell for both

Yeah, looks like a fair price. Zuffa bought all the assets of Strikeforce, and the big ones are the Showtime TV contract, the Strikeforce fighter contracts, the DVD/Event library, and the sponsor contracts(Rockstar).
