if a fight doesn't happen then the lock order is adjusted
for example
3 shields ko 1
2 carano ko 1
4 kimbo ko 1
would become
3 shields ko 1
2 carano ko 1
with no change to lock order because kimbp was top lock, but if he was bottom lock
3 shields ko 1
2 carano ko 1
1 kimbo ko 1
would become
2 shields ko 1
1 carano ko 1

The rule is that the fight is scratched from our card because the original fighters, posted on the weigh in thread, are no longer fighting

It looks like the Petrazelli/Rosa fight might be scratched also if Seth ends up filling in for Ken.
