So I'd say Rousey's market value clearly just took a big dive should she ever return and the only Mega star the UFC has right now is Conor. You think he clears $5M+ disclosed on his next fight or do they give in to his stake of the company demands now?

McGregor needs a good nemesis. Diaz made McGregor much more money and much more views by being that guy. McGregor losing also added more to his resume. It gave a reason to tune in.
I'm a Mac fan, but i'm kind of burnt out on him until he gets a good opponent.
The trash talk between him and Khabib would be fantastic!

Are those sacks of potatoes in Ireland or elsewhere? Could be a HUGE difference in value, depending on the location.

I just read on mmafighting.com that the early pre and post fight numbers on 207 are very high, which means that it's likely one of the top shows of all time.

Ronda would still be a big draw.
It's impossible to know Conor's worth because none of us know what he makes. Each new fight brings a mainstream product endorsement. He still isn't repping a major supplement company. There's tons of stuff to attach his persona to pre-fight. I'd say conservatively, that he ought to pulling in, from all sources, close to $10Million per fight including non-MMA payouts, maybe more - keep in mind, when you watch a commercial, the people in it are paid every single time it's show, in every city, in every country, everyday. I knew a woman (sister of a grade school classmate) who made $50K a year back in the late 90s off a single commercial and she never made it big in the entertainment industry. Hell, I can't even remember her first name. lol That demonstrates just how much money can be had when you're the central figure in a tv commercial AND you have name recognition.
I've said it before - the real problem is that most of the agents and publicists in the business are either incompetent or lazy. If he isn't generating upwards of $1-3 million in endorsements per fight, someone isn't doing their job right. And even though he's obviously pretty flush with cash, the fact that I don't see his name attached to more products, makes me think that he is leaving some money on the table everyday.
