I hate this fight. Hate it, hate it, hate it. I see Couture trying to close the distance and getting KTFO. And while I do not dislike Toney, I see him running his mouth and bashing MMA should he be victorious. As an Iceman fan, I never really like Couture, however, I will be tuning in with the hopes that he does not get knocked out again.

I want Couture to come in and try to clinch with him and get caught with a short hook that drops him to his knees. Couture then gets up still rocked a Toney lands a few more shots drops him follows to the the ground and leaves couture out cold. That is what I want. It will mean Couture can retire and Toney can fight someone who I have an interest in seeing him fight. Not some other old man with intentions of taking him down as soon as the fight starts.

What MMA fighter is going to stand with Toney? Mir, JDS, Velasquez & mybe Kongo could stand with him but, why fight your opponents game? Toney said on "Inside MMA" that he's been ground training for 3 whole months so I figgure Randy is going to make a fool of him. Anything can happen in a fight though & Toney has a good punchers chance. I'd really hate to see that arrogant blabber mouth KTFO Randy cuz he & others in the boxing world will never shut up.

James Toney will NEVER outclass Randy Couture in a fight. He's not nearly the all around fighter Randy is (and Randy is the most MMA overrated fighter in history!). He is 5 times the boxer Randy ever will be though, and he could very well KTFO Randy in the first minute. If this happens, it still will not mean that he outclassed Randy, it will simply mean that he's better on his feet. Boxing people and mma people would freak out, but in all honesty, it really wouldn't mean much to either sport. Hopefully, it would spur more top level boxers to make a switch (Miguel Cotto and Ricky Hatton have both talked of a switch to mma) and give us some interesting new matchups.
