Unfortunately, if you don't count those from immigrant communities, the vast majority of soccer fans in the US are hipster doofus furries.
Most US team sports fans are, while passionate, stuffing hotdogs and encouraged by the organ guy to scream "defense" and such lol. I'd prefer that over the violent South American and European fans but still

We do more than stuff hotdogs. We got pastrami sandwiches, bavarian pretzels, BBQ, cracker jack, meatball subs, Korean chicken sandwiches, and so much more when we scream 'DEFENSE!' or whatever the organ guy plays for the 7th inning stretch,

The funny thing is our (Israeli) fans have all these songs and creative ways to cheer for their teams but don't know how to cheer for the national team other than the single "el el Israel" chant

Americans have that too for some teams. MLS chants are cringe because most MLS fans are weirdo furries, but some pro baseball (Red Sox, Cubs) and football teams (Jets, Eagles) have chants and songs, and basically every college football and most college basketball teams have their own chants. And the NY Rangers still have the Potvin Sucks chant where most fans don't even know who Potvin is at this point.

Brazil vs Morocco starts an hour from now for those of you wanting to watch the high level matches which there are very few in the group stage
