Was just watching a behinds the scenes video on the TUF premier and there was a little segment where Stephen and Forrest were just shooting the breeze and it was hysterical and insightful. The MMA Hour or MMA Insider or someone needs to make a segment for them because it was great.

Good stuff. They should have a 30 minute show after every UFC event where they comment on the fights.
