http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_current_Strikeforce_fighters
(I so can't be arsed typing them all out)
given that the UFC is all about expanding, with a few exceptions I don't see why they don't give the majority of the Strikeforce fighters at least one 'sink or swim' fight on a fuel/fx or TUF season/finale card.
Taking all of the womens division is a no-brainer, and everyone who has 6 or more SF fights seems like they're already signed. But there's an argument for taking everyone whose SF record is above .5 (and has a decent mma record overall).

This. I don't see why they can't give everyone a chance other then the fighters that just signed on for the last card. The only one I see having issues is Barnett he may want to much money for them to sign him.

The bigger question is, who do you thin kwill do well in UFC from SF.
Jacare is the only one to fight a decent UFC fighter. He will do well, so will Cormier, Rockhold, & Fejiao. I think Melendez will get smashed. (JMO)

Mousasi has beat a lot of good fighters: Mark Hunt, Hector Lombard, Jacare,... I don't know why people ignore him like that... His last "big" defeat was in 2006 and since then he have fought 22 times. By big defeat, I mean a fight during which he was submitted or he was really dominated.
(sorry for my english btw, i'm french)

Quinn Mulhern, 18-2, is an interesting fighter. He is tall for 170 and has solid BJJ. Trains at Jackson's now. I'd like to see him get a shot at the UFC. Definitely needs more work in the wrestling department.

Matt Ricehouse defeated Ryan Couture, I wonder if he'll get picked up
Edit: I just noticed how long ago that was and his last fight was a loss to Bobby Green who did go to UFC...still would be an interesting pick up though
