I don't really agree I think it was a more difficult event on paper than it ended up seeming after it played out.larsen very well could have gotten the ko,Dunham could have won the dec, traktor could have won a dec etc, there's a lot of things that could have easily happened and changed the complexion of the event.I wasn't very confident in six or so fights which is crazy for me..I still ended up with a 174 but this was in no means an easy event to pick.the fights just ended up going in the way of all the guys favored for the most part and I feel some of us got lucky. There's no real easy events anymore you guys getting all 13 right deserve a pat on the back for sure any way you cut it.
Also thank you BB for whooping that annoying guys ***.

Your crazy, why do you think so many people had perfect cards? Because it was a easier card to pick. Hell I lost the Paulo thiago fight and still put up a 171. Easiest card to pick since I've been back

IT wasnt the easiest card to pick, it simply played out with most the fights people pickedwinning.

Look at cards like ufc 156 that seem really easy to pick but a whole bunch of upsets happen..this was simply a pretty difficult card to pick but everyone that was supposed to win won making it seem easy but hindsights 20/20.Of course everyone i'm sure see's card's different it's just down to opinion and mine is this was a difficult card to pick and most people just got lucky all the favorites won.I don't see how this is hard to grasp.

Because people don't have the balls to take betting line underdogs.
Hell Cariaso almost finished Formiga, Larsen was f---ing up Martins, and Duhnam won that fight. If those were different outcomes you wouldn't be saying what you are.

Also Thiago won by a last ditch TD, if he was the one taken down he would have lost

No card is easy these days, there are plenty of fighters out there with unblemished records that have fought several promotions.

Overall, it was a fairly easy card. My score would say otherwise though. I really thought Thiago was going to lose and I was very iffy on Formiga as well hence me picking against him.
Only regret I have is picking Rockhold. Most def a WTF moment on my part. Picking against Belfort considering everything was just foolish on on my part and cost me dearly.

The choices were easier to make, but anything can happen as we seen a bunch of times.

Lol at people bragging they went 13-0 and how this was an easy card. Most of you probably had Martins by first round KO and Thiago by whatever he wanted, when in actuality their opponents were a few small errors away from winning the fight. Then you got Dias and Cariaso almost finishing their opponents in the third rounds of each fight. Although impressive an asterisk should be on that 13-0 since Dunham won that fight. Card was far from easy to pick, just so happened every favorite won(besides Vitor not sure why he wasn't a big favorite)

For me personally ALL these fights were hard to pick:
Vitor Belfort vs. Luke Rockhold-Luke was the favorite for a reason I'm not saying he should have been but he's a great fighter and probably half the people picked him.
Rafael Dos Anjos vs. Evan Dunham -Super close fight that Evan should have won.
Nik Lentz vs. Hacran Dias-Dias who a lot of people picked is out of Nova Uniao and beat up Yuri Alcantara this was a tough fight to pick especially not knowing what to expect with the year off for dias ,these guy's learning curves especially at nova uniao are insane.
Paulo Thiago vs. Michel dos Prazere: Michel was 16-0 with the style that Thiago's lost most of his fights with not to mention Thiago had 1 win in his last 5 outings.Lot's of people picked Michel another hard fight to pick and Michel arguably won or was seconds from it.
John Lineker vs. Azamat Gashimov-probably another half and half fight.I went with Lineker for many reasons but mostly because Azamat prior to the Menjivar fight had never fought a guy with a single recorded pro fight.Which is crazy. His abilities, training with the Jackson camp coupled with the influx of russian killers made him quite the question mark this was a hard fight to pick hence why half the people picked azamat.
Chris Cariaso vs. Jussier Formiga-Formiga thought he was a striker vs John Dodson it was pretty simple if he did that again I thought he would clearly lose.He didn't he fought purely like a grappler and still almost got taken out.Another fight where a lot of people picked the loser and the hardest pick on the card for me.
Lucas Martins vs. Jeremy Larsen-I really really really wanted to go with Larson but I knew everyone would have Martins a pretty high lock pick because most people go with odds and fightfinder.I for once played it safe cause I didn't have any faith in larsen just knew Martins had the stand up defe
nse of Jared Hamman if not worse. That gamble going with Martins worked out for me(and everyone else that didn't see it as a gamble) but could have gone either way another very hard fight for me to pick.
Rafael Natal vs. João Zeferino--seemed easy ,if Joao didn't gas though he would have won
UFC 160 at first glance:
Cain Velasquez
vs.
Antonio Silva
Junior dos Santos
vs.
Mark Hunt
James Te Huna
vs.
Glover Teixeira
T.J. Grant
vs.
Gray Maynard
Donald Cerrone
vs.
KJ Noons
Mike Pyle
vs.
Rick Story
Dennis Bermudez
vs.
Max Holloway
Colton Smith
vs.
Robert Whittaker
Khabib Nurmagomedov
vs.
Abel Trujillo
Nah-Shon Burrell
vs.
Stephen Thompson
Brian Bowles
vs.
George Roop
Estevan Payan
vs.
Jeremy Stephens
Nothing stands out here as really tough fights to pick sure there's some close one's but nothing like UFC on FX 8 imo.For me that was much harder. We'll probably end up with some upsets on this card and then people will talk about how hard it was to pick while never second guessing the upsets when they were making the picks.
