While most of those guys are ufc caliber it's easy for them to look elite when fighting lesser competition but you never know until they fight the best. Unfortunately we probably won't get to see because bellator will keep them their whole careers

Yeah, actually a little disappointed that Bellator got these guys. I've been impressed with the recent Russian imports (Nurmagomedov and Khabilov) and now these guys will be stuck fighting people like Kind Mo forever and we'll be surious if they could take the best

i agree, hopefully the ufc starts signing some more russians. the problem is with bellator having the tv deal there russians think that bellator is the big leagues and ufc is the #2 promotion

I think they should do a tuf there with Khabib and Khabilov as coaches and then do an event there. Plus I don't see bellator lasting much longer so they should be able to sign some of there guys when bellator folds

Also, if we do want to make this a BFC and UFC thing, most of the few losses on these guys' records come from UFC guys. For instance, Akop Stepanyan lost to UFC reject Wagney Fabiano, Alexander Sarnavskiy lost to UFC castoff Rich Clementi and Slemenko lost to Lombard and Jacare. There's pretty much not one in the bunch that has been proven against top tier talent

Most of these guys technically arent russian. My dad has a keen eye so when he sees them when we watch bellator he can tell if they are from the former USSR territorial default russian or they are ukranian or w/e. I bet only one of those guys above is pure bred russian. Hell im not even pure bred russian, ive got mongolian in me but its reaaaaaally hard to find pure bred russians. But still this is good for MMA and tbh good for me cause i always wonder why all the russian fighters arent making their names in UFC or Bellator or SF when it was around. Im glad to see this and im happy to see my guys get out there and show their stuff.
