I'd be down to see them in a grappling match. Aoki is one of my favorite fighters and I think he could beat BJ on the ground but I don't see how he could possibly get it there.

Aoki is a better JJ guy most people dont know that. he is infact way better then most black belts including penn
Penn was amazing in 2001 when he was in JJ tourney now he beats his opponent then submits them where as Aoki just grapple fucks them

the thing is with Aoki he doesnt always have to put u down. he simply just grabs onto you and he always gets something even if u are standing
there is a difference between Gil and BJ
BJ doesnt know how change the way he fights, he doesnt know how to adapt in the middle of a fight. where as Gil is amazing at it.
but still i think if Bj would most likley win but AOki can win to. the type of fihgter BJ is is what Aoki does well against.
aoki has a better chance though with Frankie nd gray

BJ would smash Aoki. If you hit Aoki one time he folds up. If you lay down for him like his opponent tonight, you'll be in trouble, but BJ wouldnt do that. I honestly think if Aoki was in the UFC, he'd get cut. His stand up is about as good as mine
