I have found inevitably if to many people announce they are leaving people connect the dots before an announcement is made.

It doesn't bother me that he left the team. Tai left and I have no problem with that, simply because he sent us a PM and let us know. He told us that he was leaving before he made an announcement here. Had Tobikan done the same, and let us know that he was leaving, then I would have no problem with it. But to find out from third party. That's low, just man up and tell us that you found a better opportunity. I don't care that he left, its just the way he did it.
