I have Hank by poison from Skylar and Walt. I have been thinking Hank is going down for awhile but with the ground work laid in the last episode this is now my first pick in the 'Who dies?' draft.

Walt Jr was first to go via poisoned breakfast foods but alas it doesn't look likely. One can dream though right?
Pure speculation, but I have a feeling that Todd might be the first one to go.
Walt calling up Todd and asking his uncle for "one more job" has me feeling that Todd is going to end up in a world of trouble.
I think that Todd comes after Jesse, and it's Hank and/or Gomez that takes him down. From there, I think Walt has big problems in the form of Todd's uncle and his crew as well as Jesse/Hank/Gomez.
Alternatively... Jesse might get to Junior or Skyler first and they could be the first casuality. My vote is with Todd though.
Been thinking about it more. I'm still convinced Hank gets poisoned & Marie gets framed for it.
However, the scene where Walt comes back into the boarded up house looking for the ricin leads me to believe he skips town when the sh*t hits the fan. He probably hears that Hank has been poisoned, and comes back to verify if it was the ricin he stashed or by another means.
His neighbors reaction (dropping the grocery bag like she saw a ghost) is that of someone who just spotted a killer on the loose, not that of an accused drug kingpin.
So, that leads me to think Walt might have killed Skyler. Hank is dead, Marie in prison accused of Hanks death. That leaves W2 and Jessie. I'm thinking Jessie might have snuffed IHOP by mistake thinking it was Walt.
Now Walt has doubled back looking for the ricin because he may have located Jessie and is going in for the finish.
The series ends with us wondering if he'll find Jessie.
I picked Skylar mainly because I think she will die before Walt goes on the run, I am not sure how yet though. However, I think Steve Gomez is going to be the first one to die. I think Todd is going to go after Jesse and through some kind of fire fight Gomie is going to get killed. I think this will make Hank finally snap and he will try and kill Walt which will ultimately lead to his demise as well.
I voted for Lydia, but it will probably be Todd. I think all the major deaths will happen towards the very end. I'll go with Todd & his uncle come after Jesse & get taken out by Hank. I guess there's no reason for Lydia to be there when that goes down, so I voted wrong. I think she gets the ricin.

Gomez is the one actual "good" guy in the entire universe (of the show), I'd be very surprised if they killed him.
Then again, I'm wrong on most of my Breaking Bad predictions.
I do think Gomie is going to have a big role in the last episodes though. Personally, I think that if anyone should kill or bring Walt in, it should be Gomez.
Hank has already broke bad with his blatent disregard for Jesse's life. Marie has broke bad through her thoughts (poison wikipedia'ing) and actions (stealing). Skyler has broke through her, "what's another" speech... as well as her aiding in the car wash laundering scheme. Jesse has broke numerous times. Todd killed a kid and is running a meth empie. Lydia has been complicit in dozens of deaths. Saul hasn't really "broke"... he was just a sleezeball to begin with (which is why I don't think he dies). Walt has obviously broke, and re-broke numerous times.
I suppose the only other characters not to break have been Walt Jr. and the baby, but at the same time Jr. and the baby are not in a position to actively do anything. Gomez is the one actual good guy left who is in a position to do something, I'd be very surprised if he died. (he might get wounded, but I doubt he dies)

I read someone else's theory that said Hank will get poisoned by Walt & that Marie will be framed for it because of her poison research that osu mentioned. It's probably the most likely to happen scenario that I've read so far.
Here's what is going to happen. ( I picked wrong, Lydia will di last, not 1st)
Jesse get's killed by Todd and friends.
Todd & Friends go after Walt casue they (& Lydia) want him back in the game. Walt says "NO", so they kill Skylar and threaten to do the kids. Walt, realizing his kids are in a load of danger, gives them to Hank & Marie (DEA) and flees.
DEA kills Todd's crew (saying they were the ones behind Gus, and Todd was the cook). Hank is a HERO!
Walt comes back to have a final "I'm back in the game" meeting with Lydia, but he puts the Ricin in her drink. He walks out after she takes a sip and FADE TO BLACK.
I liked the "Hank gets poisined" theory, but I remember that Walt comes back to get it after... at least 6 monts with all of his hair back.

They did say, everything is said and done with no way of another season, I don't think that will happen i've no idea what will in fairness
