No But Bill Skarsgard has that "hiding something under the surface". Vibe. Hell even when he was innocent and Barbarian I still didn't trust him.
Is Anakin supposed to be good looking? I don't know. 🤔

It is almost quintessential to the character it is stated many times that he is not traditionally good looking.

He doesn't have to look 100% ugly...the cover looks like Clint. Give him some movie make up and hes golden.
 
These are the actors who put off the best Clint Eastwood vibes.
A young brooding Kris Kristofferson looks the part if a little too good looking.

Yeah they could rough Scott up and he could lose 50 lb and he would have that tall gaunt frame that Roland has. Plus Stephen King would probably love that s***
 
Another very important part of the character is he has a cold dead gaze. A dangerous and unsettling look in his eyes. Something that when you look around at what some other actors have done.
In my opinion it was Bardem that best captured that in NCFOM.
