Its Obvious Fedor has no challenges outside of Zuffa, and the UFC could Benifit from a Legend like Fedor. The 3 fight skid should humble M-1's demands. Fedor looks like he has evolved to a more tactical fighter in his last 2 fights, Make it Happen UFC/M-1!!! or at least sign him for the last HW fight on Strikeforce, and go from there.

Just a little while ago there were rumors of talks again. But the dummies at m1 still suggest that it has to be a co promotion or nothing at all. Which obviously leads to nothing at all

the way my heart was beating when Overeem was in the cage is what i wanted to feel with Fedor. Didn't happen, and we got the 'Reem instead.
Overeem will cash in the money that Fedor did not want.

No they don't.
He had his chance. M-1 had there chance. A chance to make the biggest HW fight ever, Lesnar/Fedor when they both were on top of the world. They didn't do it and Overeem(who Fedor never fought even though they were in SF) fought in the UFC and look how his stock has skyrocketed.
Dana has no interest after seeing him get clowned, abused, and finished by a mediocre Bigfoot, tapped in like a minute, and get ktfoed by a small LHW. Wins over Monsoon and some newbie to MMA don't mean anything. Overeem would knee his little belly in, Cain would tko him on the matt, JDS would turn his chin in the first. Who can he beat in the UFC to make it worth the money? Meathead? Barry?
Fedor is old news at this point

Fedor has absolutely nothing to offer the UFC. He's looked good in his last 2 fights? Well, I'd hope so...they were hand picked. The only reason for the UFC to sign Fedor is to watch him get smashed by the UFC's elite. We've already seen that from Strikeforces....so let's save the UFC several hundreds of thousands of dollars. I think we all know how the story ends.

+2. Fedor to the UFC days are over. He'll fight a few more times in Japan and Russia and call it a day. Plus the HW division has moved past him.
Overeem will cash in the money Fedor did not need/want *
While it was never about the belt or fighting and all about the money Fedor was still a guy who at one point lived in a 2br apartment in some Russian back water while he was worth a few million. Even money was never the end all be all for him. What an odd guy.

With the lost of Brock they could benefit with Fedor. Do they need him? Hell No. But it would be nice to see him in the UFC. I would like to see him fight Werdum again. If he beats Werdum.

^^^ this ^^^ Please UFC don't your money and my time. It's over. It could have happened a few years back, but now it would be ridiculous. Fedor's time has past. Lets remember the good times and move on.

3 years ago? Hell yeah Fedor in the UFC would have been awesome. Now? I wouldn't be nearly as excited. His stock has dropped but his price probably hasn't dropped accordingly. Zuffa already has 90-95% of the top 25-30 HWs under contract, so it's not like the division is lacking any depth. Fedor doesn't have much to offer Zuffa at this point.

The UFC doesn't need anything from M-1. They don't need to have anything to do with them, nor did they ever. Kudos to them for never getting involved with M-1. M-1's proposals and demands were ridiculous.

I would still love to see Fedor in the UFC. He basically handed the win to Werdum and way WAY to aggressive against Henderson. It's to bad M1 is so full of s---.

I'd like to see him against MIR or a rematch with Werdum or even Big Country.
I doubt he would get a title shot against JDS/Oveerem in his first fight.

Writing it off may help the soul, to prevent the feelings of being let down again but truth is we can never write it off because signing Fedor is something Dana could cross off his bucket list.

I think M-1 has done more damage to Fedor's career then we will ever know. UFC would never co-promote with these disorganized crime clowns, especially not now, when all they can offer iS a once great fighter coming into the tail end of his career.
As for Fedor coming to the UFC, the 3 losses severely damaged his marketability, and Brock just retired, so the chances of Dana putting that cash cow fight together just fizzled. I don't think any other fights could generate enough interest/revenue to cover M-1s ridiculous demands. Fedor can probably make more money overseas while putting himself in much less jeopardy of losing fights against top fighters then he can in the UFC.

I think Fedor is too small for the HWTs in the UFC. I can only see him beating a handful of guys but any of the heavier wrestlers can maybe beat him, I'd hate to watch Roy Nelson beat Fedor by belly smother/crucifix stoppage. Fedor is doing fine in Japan, he doesn't need any challenges to prove anythin to anyone. He had an incredible run at hwt and beat the very best at the time if that doesn't impress you already, nothing will. Let him beat up Japanese has beens, never-weres and wanna-bes
