Then, could T-Dog possibly be = Tyreese?

A- f---ing better not be. Would make no sense at all and ruin that entire story arc.
B- Huh? No. Tyrese was awesome. T-Dog is non-existent.

Maybe they want the characters to "grow".
But it would make much better sense if they ran into new people, like the "hunters".

I've been reading the first 30 something issues this week, overall very good comic. I like the tempo of the story and the building-up; it's fast-paced and never gets long-winded. Character development is awesome, Rick is much more realistic than in the series and the dialogues are great.
My only critique thus far is the illustrations. Children look ridiculous, like miniature people with huge heads and the proportions are very off. Also the use of shadowing is not correct, and facial expressions look terrible every now and then. The first chapter looked amazing but the style might not be suitable for the later events. As a fan of comics I'm pleasantly surprised with the writing, but the illustrations could use some more work.

You can see the show slowly building up to Shane's death.
I'm curious if they are going to do it the same way on the show as they did in the comics.
It seems like they might, since he just had one mental breakdown and it's only a matter of time before he directs another one towards Rick.

It would definitely start the transition for Carl from little kid, to the complete badass he is now in the comics.

It would definitely seem they are going that way. However, considering what they did with Sophia, who knows. They might have Dale kill him, or Carl kill Dale to save Shane and draw out the Shane story longer. I like that even though I know the general idea of what's happening, they've played it out completely differently. Zombie Sophia was a nice twist.

Saw T-Dog "kill" a zombie with a hammer to the head tonight.

Good point...but nah...T-Dog is next to bite it I'm guessing. He'll be the "transitional loss" as they go to a new location next week, and open up for Michionne...let's hope.

I wouldn't call it a "murder".

Yeah, it was more "saving my dad's life". But yeah, Shane is gone in the blink of an eye in the comic. Makes room for other more interesting characters, as he isn't needed as Rick isn't half the p---- in the comic that he is in the TV show.

I'm up to date in the books. I've read up to issue 94 which I believe is the latest one.

Rumor has it that it will teased at the end of the season finale.
But I'm not holding my breath.

You mean Michionne I assume? That would be cool, even better if she just showed up.
