The stipulation was if we lost the team GP then that was null and void.

Wrong again, check the contract.
Section III you are referring to only applies to non team captains.
As we are clearly at the very least co-captains.

as former captain of the team that just beat you for the team GP, your both fired. and the corpse of BRAD (because diaz lost and BRAD is probably dead somewhere) is your new captain

Meat I've always thought you were good s---, but I'd rather be on a team where the captain doesn't quit to go make out with one of the 5 most annoying dudes in fantasy fighting.
