I was just thinking about who the strikers in the LW division, and how there are quite a bit of decent and also underrated ones.
Of course you have your obvious which is talked about:
BJ Penn 15/6(t)ko
Eddie Alverez 19/11(t)ko
Takanori Gomi 31/11(t)ko
But here are some that you dont hear about as much:
Anthony Njokuani 12/7(t)ko- KTFO'd Hordeki at recent WEC event. Huge LW- Like 6 1. Sick Maui Thai skillz.
Jeremy Stephens 16/12(t)ko- Really talented striker with great power for LW.
Noons 7/7(t)ko- Not a fan, but he's got some stand up, thats for sure.
Hansen 19/7(t)ko- Holds his own against some good strikers.
Kikuno 12/ 7(t)ko- unique style, seems to work okay for him. Had a good fight for a while with Alverez.
Melvin 23/13(t)ko- Huge power and explosivness for LW.
Heurta 20/11(t)ko- Very underrated striker IMO. Not gonna KO anyone, but solid skills.
Stout 15/ 8(t)ko- Again, not a KO guy, bit good kickboxer with some high level experience.
Etim 14/ 2(t)ko- Talented young lengthy prospect.
Hordeki 13/6(t)ko- its hard to look good against a 6 1 LW thai machine. Hes still a good striker.
So, who do you think are the best underrated LW Strikers?

I would say Andre Winner but I need to see him a bit more. He almost ended Delgado's life last time he step foot in the octagon!

Yeah, that was such a sweet ko. That guy turned into a plank, haha.
I watched a Muay Thai video recently with Huerta and was very impressed, he seems to have improved some of his stand up holes, so I am going with Huerta (Huge fan of pretty much all those Lws, in fact one of my favorite fights is Kawajiri vs. Alvarez, siiiick fight)

For fun! The crazy part about it is that it still looks kinda fast for slow motion!
