I was just thinking: Since we all talking about 10-8 and 10-7 rounds, can it be argued that Michael won the 1st round 10-8?
Now if anyone said yes, the fight could have been called a draw, not?
What are your thoughts?

Nonetheless, you bring up a very good point
I think you could argue for a 10-8 for johnson for sure, although I do not remember how many actual knockdowns Johnson had on Brookins

Thanks Canada, I don't remember the 2nd round too too much, that's exactly why I brought the subject. Since these fights are only 3 rounds, it would only make sense to go with the .5 must system if you know what I mean.
I would have been a shame if it was a draw.
The way I vaguely remember it is Mike got the 1st 10-8 and brooking got the last 20-18 ........
However, if mike had gotten the 1st one 10-8 and brookin the 2nd 10-8.5 (Which could make a lot of sense) and the 3rd 10-9 I think it'd solve some of the issue we're seeing.
Then again I'm just preaching to the choir lol
