UFC 105...ESPN or Spike?

So i am watching MMA Live on espn.com, and it was last weeks episode, but they showed a promo for UFC 105, and it said live on ESPN. Is it live on espn over in England since the UFC has a deal with them over there, or is it live over here on ESPN as well? I just thought it was wierd that it didn't say "Live on Spike TV"
Could somebody clarify?

I don't know, in Canada it will be live on Sportsnet about 7 hours before it is "live" on Spike. Comes on at noon here.
