UFC 106 Replacement Fight

I totally agree. I think Big Nog would jump in considering the kind of guy he is and the training camp he's in that can prepare him. Than I would love to see Nog beat Carwin's ***.
I still love that TIto vs Forrest fight. I don't know why no one is talking about this fight, this is huge! Forrest coming off his Anderson Silva loss and Tito back in the octagon!

They are not going to move a title fight up 3 weeks from the orginally scheduled date, it is very unfair for both fighters. Fighters plan their entire training camps around their scheduled fight date. Plus, I think the quality of that fight would go down because both men would not be properly prepared and conditioned (especially BJ).
I really think that the UFC should give us another free card. If not solely for the lack of depth that this card now has, but also for the disappointment that the fans have to deal with now. First, Rashad vs. Rampage was postponed indefinitely now we are forced to wait for this mega bout as well. The UFC should pay homage to fans and give us 2 free cards in November. They could even market it as such (i.e. "Fan Appreciation Month"). It would also provide a great opportunity to market the two higher profile cards that they will be having in November and December (both cards are completely stacked). It would almost be like the UFC is preparing the fans for the 2 "End of the Year Cards" with two more subtle cards. I guarantee most fans would be extremely grateful.
Moving up the Penn/Sanchez fight is the only thing that makes sense now. It should give Lesnar enough time to heal and train for 107. I love the Tito/Forrest fight but this card needs either another huge name or a title to make it even close to as profitable as it was gonna be.
F-it. Throw in Chuck vs CroCop at a catch weight just for name value.

Belfort vs Franklin at 195 at the Main event
with no top tier co main event just alot of solid fights and it still was on ppv and Tito and Forrest will draw more money than rich and vitor

Yes, I agree that Belfort vs. Franklin was not the strongest of headliners but neither is this one. Both of these guys are both trying to get their careers back on track and neither one is anywhere near a title shot.
Tito is not the draw that he use to be because he is not longer atop the division. As for Forrest, he lost a lot of fans because of most recent performance and actions afterwards. I am real interested see the fans reaction we comes out for the bout. I am absolutely sure he not going to have the same backing that he had before.
