by MMAjunkie.com Staff
Tickets for "UFC 152: Benavidez vs. Johnson," which range from $85 to $550, go on sale next week.
UFC officials today announced the plans for the Sept. 22 event, which takes place at Toronto's Air Canada Centre and features a flyweight title fight between contenders Joseph Benavidez and Demetrious Johnson.
Additionally, the promotion announced a lightweight matchup between Evan Dunham (13-2 MMA, 6-2 UFC) and T.J. Grant (18-5 MMA, 5-3 UFC) has also been added to the UFC 152 lineup.
"Everyone knows how much I love Canada, and it's going to be great to have the first-ever UFC flyweight title fight between Joseph Benavidez and Demetrious Johnson in Toronto on Sept. 22," UFC president Dana White stated.
Tickets go on sale to the general public Friday, July 27, at 12 p.m. ET.
However, UFC Fight Club members can purchase tickets on Wednesday, July 25, at 10 a.m. ET, and UFC.com e-newsletter subscribers can buy tickets on Thursday, July 26, at 10 a.m. ET.
The public is invited to a special on-sale announcement press conference on Tuesday, July 24 at Toronto's Massey Hall. The ceremony begins at 12:30 p.m. ET.
Dunham looks to build on the strength of a two-fight win streak after earning impressive victories over Nik Lentz and Shamar Bailey. He now meets Canadian Grant, who has gone 2-0 since dropping from welterweight to 155 pounds.
With the addition, the latest UFC 152 lineup includes:
Joseph Benavidez vs. Demetrious Johnson - for inaugural flyweight title
Michael Bisping vs. Brian Stann
Rory MacDonald vs. B.J. Penn
Evan Dunham vs. T.J. Grant
Vinny Magalhaes vs. Igor Pokrajac*
Marcus Brimage vs. Jim Hettes

TJ has looked really good at LW but that will all come to end after Dunham is finished with him.
Evan is the more well rounded fighter here imo and should be able to get a decision over Grant.

I can't wait to see how this one plays out.
Grant has looked like a machine at LW.

This is a great fight. I have Dunham winning a close decision...but Grant has looked good at 155.
