I guess we know where GSP/Hendricks will be now. Unless you guys have a better idea.
Ohh, Nice. GSP vs Hendricks should headline this card although Dana said he wanted to get GSP back in to America, I believe his last 3 fights have been on Canadian soil. Could also have a Lightweight title fight for this card if T.J Grant is able to get by Gray Maynard, you never know. Could also see Patrick Cote, Nick Ring and Mark Bocek in action as far as Canadian content is concerned, probably to quick of a turn around for John Makdessi (162) and Rory (UFC on Fox 8).

I thought GSP/Hendricks would be 164 after Dana's statements (even though, timing wise, he could headline any of the FS1 cards). But I'm sure he could negotiate to get 165 and fight in Canada again.

Between 164 in Milwaukee and 165 in Toronto I think they're gonna put GSP in Toronto, it just comes down to dollars. GSP in the ACC sells out guaranteed.
I'm tired of Toronto. I know it's good business but take the UFC to somewhere it hasn't been in a while.
And I understand GSP does good in Canada but he has fought outside of Canada in over 3 years. Change it up a bit. Hopefully GSP headlines 164 and 165 is Benson.

But why change it? He sells the most PPVs and can sell 50,000 seats in Toronto. Your 54.95 doesn't mean squat compared to that. Plus Hendricks won't be opposed because he would get a big chunk of change for it as well.

Venue it is held does not affect PPV buys.

Yes exactly. Wherever he fights he sells PPVs. So the venue affects one thing...how many tickets they can sell. In this case, its more than just about anywhere else in the world other than Brazil. Therefore...you put GSP in Toronto whenever you can.

Yeah. I don't disagree with that. As I said it's good business.
Wouldn't be suprised to see 164 be GSP. The event is tied to their partnership with Harley Davidson Motorcycles, and is tied to an event promoting the 110th anniversary of their company. UFC has thrown some good fights on Labour Day weekend including Penn vs Edgar 2, Silva vs Okami and was supposed to be Jones vs Hendo before it fell through. I just wonder if the Bradley Center is really the venue you want to bring GSP out of Canada with no offense to Wisconsin. I would love to see him fight in Brazil, or back in Las Vegas, Cowboys Stadium and definitely in New York when the day comes.

the ACC probably sells out anyways GSP or not.

That's one of the options floating around, but Dana really wants GSP to fight in Vegas for his next fight. T
he UFC is also returning to Toronto in September for UFC 165, so would anyone be that surprised to see him (GSP) headline another Canadian card.

Hardly breaking. I thought we all knew about the UFC returning to Toronto in September.
