UFC 9 was in Detroit at COBO Hall. This was the first UFC that did not have the tournament style setup and thanks to McCain closed fist strikes were banned. At this point most still punched with a fist, but for our main event we watched Severn { Coldwater MI gotta give props} and Ken Shamrock slap each other for 30 minutes. I want the UFC back in Motown. Where is your home state and where would like the UFC to go?

Man you guys get cards in Canada a lot more then MI. Think about this.. An event in Detroit would bring in a huge Canadian crowd as well as the Ohioians. We have local shows here put on by Donofrino which are USA vs Canada { basically MI vs Windsor} and you'll have 6,000 plus at a local show in the palace. I am just sayin I think Vancouver would be a sweet place to have an event { I spent a summer in Banff and it was the best time of my life. Canada is a beautiful country} but the location of Detroit can draw such a big crowd involving multiple sates and countries. I think to many cities can say that.

I don't think the UFC hits Cali enough. Sure, we got Chuck vs. Jardine at the Pond a few years back. And then Machida vs. Rua at Staples Center this past October. But those were years apart and both in Los Angeles. How about UFC in San Francisco or San Diego? Totally different fan bases and I wouldn't mind a little drive.

Hometown is Prague. I could be greedy and say I want them to come here, but I'd settle for anything in the surrounding countries - germany or poland (either of these the most likely), Slovakia and Austria. Also Budapest, Hungary. And yes I know that isn't surrounding, but its just as near as other surrounding countries capital cities

Bring it to the circle city. Indianapolis is about an hour and a half away, and Conseco Fieldhouse would be an ideal spot for UFC 118, or any other one for that matter

I'd love to see 'em back in Ohio. Great shows in Columbus and Cincinnati for the past couple years.

I feel you i went to the Rua vs machida and wasnt suprise to find many people with very little knowledge of MMA and a hell of alot of Comped Tickets. I dont think it sells quite well in LA. I personally have no friends that are hardcore fans or care much lol. I guess boxing still reigns supreme in LA.

They need to come back to Ireland!!
Even if it's only an UFN,they would sell out any arena before they announce a fight.

It kinda ticks me off that the ufc used to come to sacramento. They came 3 times in 3 years or so. Now that urijah is mega marketable here, they never have ufc out here anymore. Just wec. And don't get me wrong. I love wec n the events I attended were really good. Specially the brown faber 2 event. But id like for them to come back out here. The entire bay area is not too far from here. Neither is stockton. And sacramento is huge on mma

We need an Event in the Bay Area again. I think the last one was in Sacramento 2 or 3 years ago. The MMA crowd out here is no joke. The opening of the UFC Gym today was packed. A few of my friends went, I would have went cause it's only a 10 min drive but wasn't too excited to see the particular fighters that were there. They should do an event in San Fransisco or San Jose! I would go in a heartbeat!

Exactly, I'm Irish and UFC 93, although it only had one huge fight, it was still an unbelievable spectacle for those who hadn't seen a live event before but had been watching it for years. They promised us a card for St. Patricks day or around then but they seem to have forgotten that. Lorenzo said it in a press conference officially after UFC 100. I think a card in Ireland would sell much faster than one in England, last time for UFC 105, all I heard from english fans was what a bad card it was and how they always get terrible cards, I would just love any card, its their own fault if they don't know who the fighters are, they should probably go watch a bit more of the sport.
