jesus christ who came up with this main event, how is holm still a thing, the match makers right now are the worst the ufc has ever had

I don’t get how Holly Holm still gets fights, let alone main events. She’s a nice girl too, but no one wants to see her fights. She’s boring as hell. Unless she’s head kick koing someone(which barely happens these days), she’s boringly just tap and runs. She sounds like Monica Seles after every strike and sometimes when she doesent strik. Ugh! The cards abysmal too. I really hope Aldana smokes her, retires her and we don’t get to see this charade any longer, but more than likely, Holm will tap, run, and win a boring decision. And they used to say Demetrius Johnson was boring? No comparison.

Some of the cards this year have been atrocious on paper, this one might be the worst yet.

It's bottom 3 but I wouldn't say it's worse than Eye vs Calvillo card

I haven't heard of 15 fighters on this card.... And I follow the sport religiously.

I really, really agree with this. Jon Jones probably needs some fluffin' as he roids up for HW and that's right up Holm's alley (hehehe). But seriously, a Holm fight is a heavy texting and beer grab fight. Undercards seem to be really kickin' a$$ for many cards now and I look forward to them more than the main cards. It really shouldn't be that way though.

My guess is it's name value. We know she's gonna be boring as f--- (unless she's fighting Amanda) but for those who don't follow the sport so religiously will associate Holm with the Rousey & Tate scraps.

I’m sure they’ll be some fun fights, but this dumb casual just don’t like to see Holly Holm fight, that’s all. I hope something happens in her fight for a change. Enjoy the fights.

Except I think she'll try to clinch against the cage the whole fight instead of tap and run.
I fully expect to fall asleep.
I more talking about shitting on the entire card. They're almost always good.

Yeah I’ve always said in the past, a bad card on paper, always ends up being a great night of fights. It’s sometimes the great cards on paper end up being a let down. Holly frustrates me. I like the woman as a person, but her fights have became so dull. It’s as if she’s not trying to finish anyone. Her left kicks brutal too and it’s it she’s forgotten how to use it. I like Aldana, I think she’s really starting to sit down on her punches and coming into her own now, but I think this fights a stylistic nightmare for her. I think she’s got a punchers chance only. I hope Holly proves me wrong and we get an exciting fight.

I can never understand why anyone who has watched MMA for any length of time would complain about free fights. It's better than the days of 5 fights every 6 weeks on PPV.
