Prediction, Ethiopia cleans up the rebel groups in the coming months, and war with Eritrea and Somalia does break out. I don't see a scenario where either nation resists Ethiopia for much long, even if Turkey supplies either Eritrea or Somalia with drones. Ethiopia has more manpower and active duty (many battled hardened) and the prospect of getting sea access overturns the sting of any possible UN condemnations or sanctions (which have been increasingly seen as useless).
