This Primetime really did show him in a new light. I always figured about as much because I could always tell in his interviews that none of it was fake. He is just an awkward guy who doesn't like cameras and thinks being friends with the guy you're getting paid to beat up is weird. I don't agree but I can see his POV.

Anyway if you need to know what hes talking about I understand him perfectly fine.
Alot of the time he stays on the subject but talks about little minute` parts of the topic.
He sounds like hes rambling but hes really not, it usually stays within topic if you follow him.

It was definitely an image you don't expect to see out of someone with a "street tough" repuation (fair or not). I don't think he was saying biking is easy. Hell, tennis is hard as hell on the legs and cardio, but if you saw Diaz in his finest Wimbledon whites it wouldn't look like quite what you expect either.
