the old way was to paste the image address there but my only option is to upload from device or drag and drop. Is there no option to paste in the image address? If I save to my downloads then drag & drop I get a still pic

There is. You just have to switch to the "Link" option after clicking the image button

Right now, you can drag and drop your images directly from your PC or phone BUT we do have a limit of 10gigs of space. So, from time to time, I'll have to erase some of them.

Oh man 10G is gonna go FAST if people start attaching videos. How much for the 1Tb upgrade?
