what 155lb fighters can make 145 and excel?

with the 155lb division being so stacked, which fighters can and should drop to 145lbs and compete there? here are some i think could be champ or at least give Mike Brown a run for his money.

BJ Penn def doesn't need to drop to 145.. he is so dominant at 155 mainly due to his size advantage over fighters including sean sherk... 145 would be a strech for him tho... Frankie Edgar is a good choice, also Mac Danzig and Dave Kaplan... and Cole Miller would probably have an extremely tough cut to 145 with his height

Yea that's my point... he's by no means a small lw... he is a champion at 155 and can hang with almost every ww in the world... no need once to ever to go to 145
