I have heard that they offered the fight to Struve (As he is one of the only non booked up HWTs) and he turned it down (understandably). Aside from that All I can think Is Roy Nelson, or Chris Tuschererererererer, because he wont fight Schaub. Oh snap, Madsen would be a great fight. He couldn't take Carwin down and Carwin would Knock his *** out!

If Crocop wins on Saturday, give him Carwin. I'm not sure if Crocop would hold out for a big name though.

Madsen is fighting Yvel at the end of next month already.

I think Carwin v Nelson would make the most sense for both of them if they want back in title contention. I would love to see Roy's chin get him a win.

Ya Madsen and Yvel are booked, but I don't get why he's turning guys down. That rubs me the wrong way. Carwin is such a fraud. He beats Gonzaga who is good, but not that good, ko's an overweight and overrated mir, gets his azz handed to him by Brock and he thinks he's above other guys and thinks he can turn down fights? wtf? The dude needs a reality check. If he can't knock em out in the 1st round, he's done. He's been exposed. Plus we've all found out the dudes roidin. psshhh

Either you or me misunderstood but the way I read was that Struve turned down the fight with Carwin, not the other way around. Anyone care to clarify?

Why would Struve turn the fight down? I don't like it when fighters turn fights down period. Whoever turned the fight down is a p----.

If Shane won't fight Schaub then wouldn't he not fight Madsen either? I thought Madsen trained with Jacksons camp as well. From what I've heard, it's going to be Roy Nelson for sure, unless the UFC makes any other big HW signings in the next couple weeks.

vs Nelson. I think Nelson can win it. Iron chin and his striking is likely better than Carwin. It would be fun to see if someone else can drag Carwin into the 2nd round.

If anyone can it's nelson. Nelson is extremely hard to finish. He's got a solid chin and the intelligence to not put himself in bad situations i.e. dos santos.

I'm sick of Carwin anyway. I don't think he'll earn himself another title shot.

I'm not sick of Carwin. I love watching his fights. He goes for the kill, is a massive heavyweight who packs a on of power, and can end a fight at any second. I'm on the edge of my seat the whole time and try not to blink for fear of missing the KO. But the roids, his loss to lesnar, and his apparent lack of cardio have left a bad taste in my mouth. He needs to redeem himself.

His excuses and false humility are what really get to me.
