what is the record for the most people at an mma event?
in japan?
highest ratings on tv?

Not sure, but I do know the largest Attendance every is going to be UFC 129, as they've sold 55,000 tickets with more then $11 million in the bank, even before the actual event has happened.

They have had more than that in Japan several times. That is a UFC and North American record. I'm almost sure the real number is right around 100,000, can't remember the number though.

Pride regularly drew 50,000 in its heyday while the MMA fad was still going strong in Japan. There was one event in Tokyo National Stadium that drew over 90,000, I think that is still the worldwide attendance record.
