A.S.: What do you think? You think not? Unhappily Im not here to like everyone, Im here to make my jab, and my jab was well made, I got here respecting everyone and I fight respecting everyone (im not sure about the fighting part, because I cant hear it well, but I think he said LUTO), and Damian disrespected me, not like a professional, but like an martial arts athlete, and I take that very very seriously, I didn’t get here (don’t understand what he said), and he came to make his job, and came to make mine, and did what I trained to do, to hit (could be taken as “to beat up damian too”) NOT EVER A.S. SAID HE WANTED TO PUNISHED DAMIAN FOR WHAT HE DID…
Question: What did he do to disrespect you ?
A.S.: Look, we are here to promote the event, we have to promote our event, is an event that is the best of the world without any doubt, we have the best fighters of the world, but everything has to be made with a lot of care, mainly when it comes to Brazilians against Brazilians, because from where we come, I don’t know what school damian comes, but from the school where I came from I learned to respect all my adversaries, and I didn’t, like I said, didn’t get here disrespecting anyone, every time an adversary that has to fight with me disrespects me my moral as a martial arts black belt this is going to happen (here is where I got nuts, WHATS GOING TO HAPPEN? RUN AROUND FOR 3 ROUNDS LIKE A LITTLE GIRL???? ) unhappily, some ppl liked it, some not, but he paid for the silly-ridiculous-non sense he said, (again, how did you made him paid? Did he brutally knocked him out???)
Q: Anderson, when you said you wanted to punish damian, are you referring that you could’ve finished him but you didn’t? and as a follow up, if you couldn’t finish him, why not?
A.S.: In reality, my objective wasn’t to hurt anyone, im not here to hurt Damian or anyone, my objective is to go out there and do my job well done, to fight, to make my opponent feel totally vulnerable to my strikes and to everything I trained for, is what I always do, and what I will continue to do, training the same way, I think we have fights that a KO will happen and fights where a KO wont happen, and I simply, did what I had to do, I showed what I came for and why im here for… (again ed soares makes sht up, not he ever said he wanted his goal was to finish the fight, nor he ever said he wanted to come to the fight to make a point)
looks like all he care is to go in there, make his job, and get out... funny, cause he was pretty mad at damian, and looks like he thinks he made Damian paid for it... well, funny way to make someone pay...
