There are people who love to report MMA, and there are people who love to report when MMA stars fall. He is one of the people who likes to be the first to point out when others fall.
I like MMA, so I don't like people who find their glory in watching our stars fall.

He knows a couple of people and hears things. Because of that, he thinks he is somebody special in MMA and acts like a huge tool. Maybe not at the Robert Joyner/Jonathan Snowden level, but he is up there. Chael was, in the past, his main source. If you look back, you will notice his accuracy dropped a lot after Chael was given the boot.

I applaud his effort, but his execution has been pretty lacking. He seems to do more harm than good a lot of the time.
I also agree with Jak.... guy seems to go out of his way to report on fighters downfalls, and does little to try to balance it out with positive stories/news.

I don't follow him at all and don't really care about him. Just a guy who reports on every rumor he hears. Sometimes he is right, sometimes wrong. Not a journalist by any stretch of the imagination.

He, along with snowden and joyner, are like the guys (in school) that did not participate, but sit on the sidelines/bleachers and made fun of those that were taking part. They seem to think they are cooler/smarter than fans and even reporters.
Bitter, sad, little men that use their snark to try to feel better about themselves.
