I think with similar records this match up would be pretty competitive. I'd favor Miller but I think Lentz would give him a tough fight. Thoughts?

Not a fan.
Lentz isn't nowhere near the competition level that Jim Miller is at (I think he proved in his fight against Charles and against Waylon Lowe). Miller would destroy him.

I'd want to see Sherk fight lower competition first to get rid of the rung rust. After that I think there are great matchups waiting for him. Miller, Guillard, Guida, etc.

Both guys are tough as hell and can take a serious beating.
I'm actually interested in this fight. I'm a big Jim Miller fan, and Lentz impressed me in his last two outings. Sure, Oliveira kicked his *** badly, but he took it and kept swinging.
I'd take Miller via decision, but I think this would be a damn good fight.

Lentz has very good offensive wrestling IMO and Bendo used that well against Jim Miller, Jim would choose to stand with Lentz IMO so would leave himself open to being taken down or held against the fence. It would be close the question would be can Lentz get him down and keep him down? Maybe but Id sure as hell like to find out, I like this match up

The lightweight division is extremely competitive nowadays and Lentz hasn't lost in a long long time. If Miller wins he shows he's back on top, but if Lentz wins it could really boost his career.

This is a toss-up, if miller can take charge of the fight he can dominate, but if Lentz can discourage Miller off the get go, it could be a very aggrivating match for miller.
