I voted for leave it how it is, but what if you always have to pick 1 underdog, whether you have all 3 picks or just 1? Otherwise people with all their picks would play it safe and let those with 1 pick take themselves out. Again though, I think the game is best the way it is. Definitely don't do 5 picks, it takes f---ing forever to finish a game already

I think it would be very unique and fun to force the participants to pick 1 underdog
each
event (they can choose more than one willingly..). If they had only 1 pick left, then they'd have to choose an underdog. A complete new spin to any game I've seen and also force people out of their comfort zone of picking the most favored fighters every event. jus my 2 cents
the game is fun without changes as well

The winner of an LOS game gets to carry his/her remaining pick(s) into the next game. So, if I win LOS 14, and I had 1 pick remaining when I won, then I start LOS 15 with 4 picks while everyone starts with 3. If I won with 2 picks left, then they carry over, and I start the next game with 5. If I won with all 3 of my picks remaining, then I start off the next game with 6 picks. Also, if you win back-to-back games of LOS, you automatically start your next game with 6 picks in total, but that's as many additional picks as you can get.
The only catch is that if you want those picks to carry over, then you HAVE TO enter the very next game of LOS. If you win LOS 14, but don't sign up for LOS 15, then you're stuck with the standard 3 picks that everyone gets at the start of LOS 16.

1 point for a correct prediction (if the fighter is a favourite)
3 points for a correct underdog prediction
-3 if you get a favourite wrong
-1 if you get a dog wrong

It's a great game as it is. The appeal of the game is its simplicity.
One for the future maybe, once you've completed 10 (for example) LOS games, have an Ultimate LOS where the winners of the previous events enter into Title tournament. Once a champ is crowned he / she must win one of the next 10 LOS games in order to defend their title in the next Ultimate LOS game against the other 9 winners of LOS games 11-20.
