Shields over Hendo Honorable Mention, not too much of a Underdog thou...
Cant think of many more, but I thought people could come up with some good ones

Betting wise, Soko vs. Lil Nog.
Fight wise, easily Serra/Gsp, Serra's a natural LW and was obviously a non factor at the time, as per why he was on TUF. it probably would have been surpassed by Chael Sonnen/Anderson Silva.... so close.

soko has a couple of upset wins, his last win was an upset also since the polac guy was one of the best prospects coming and people alredy got him winning that fight
the diaz vs gomi cant be counted as an upset since it was overturned as a no contest

lil nog was a 16-1 favorite, soko 10 to 1 underdog.
if you wouldve been in genius mode, and parlay'd sokoudju and nick diaz, you would have won $4,025.00 for betting $100.00

and Serra/GSP is 3rd
1. Werdum/Fedor

sakuraba beating royce gracie
Anderson Silva vs. Daiju Takase (Pride 26)
Takese entered this fight at an 8:1 underdog, and rightfully so. At the time of the fight, Takase had gained a professional record of 4-7-1. It was remarkable that the two were even matched up against one another.

He has just brutalized legend Champion Matt Hughes with leg kicks and a great submission. At the time he was about the equivilant to what Jon Jones is right now.
The unbeatable, well rounded, nobody is going to touch him for years champ. And Serra, a LW and a guy who i don't think had ever ko'd or tko'd anybody at all in his career, drop him over and over. and then tko'd him.
That would be like Jason McDonald moving up to LHW and going in and ko-ing Jon Jones... it just wouldn't happen, but in Serra's case, it did.

I know it was a DQ but Rosholt was huge favourite against Ott.
Sylvia was also a huge favourite vs Wagner.
Serra vs GSP will always be mentioned but I like the Randleman vs Cro Cop fight. KTFO'd a prime Cro Cop when everyone thought he was unbeatable. Fedor vs Werdum and BJ vs Edgar were also pretty big.
