I woke up about 3pm on Saturday and went to work. Got off at 7am this morning and went to break with family for mothers day. Got home around 2pm today and couldn't sleep with an upset stomach. Zombie walked through dinner with fam tonight and will go to bed around 7:30am tomorrow morning when i get off work. That's what? About 40 hrs?

I woke up Sunday as usual, farted around, did some housework, called my moms and wished her "Glad You Used Your Vagina" Day.
After that, I made myself some toast and sat down in front of the craptop and wanted to check out the reaction for "d--- Nazi's Show No". That's when my world came crashing down. Unbeknownst to me, mabrown45 has been done with me for a while! Not only that, but he put me on his foe list, too.
Well, that just upset my applecart. I wandered around in a daze, replaying the events over and over again in my mind, trying to figure out where it all went wrong.
Distraught, I skipped lunch and dinner. Phoned my mother back, took back my Mother's Day wishes, called her an old slut and hung up. I drove over to my girlfriend's, punched her in the throat and left her lying there while I went looking for a drug dealer, two geriatric hookers and a model train store.
As it turned out, I could only find one old prostitute, but it worked out okay. I was able to run the train tracks inside her money slot and out her bum. My version of the Chunnel. Hey, it worked out in the end.
I haven't been to sleep yet! The pain is too much....

When i was 10 i was up for 30 hours..........started seeing s--- that wasn't there before finally passing out
i think that is the longest for me without ANY sleep. I have done like 3 days on 2 hours before

11 days. In high school, I did a sleep deprivation experiment where I wanted to document the effects of not sleeping. I was trying to make it 14 days, but I was pretty batsh** crazy at around the 8 day mark. I'll try and find some of my journal entries from the last couple of nights, they were bizarre.
I can do 3 days without sleep relatively easy, as long as I plan ahead and have a day where I can just crash for 12+ hours.

A friend and I tried a similar experiment. But it was 2 week of darkness and no sleep. He had a setup in his basement windows were blacked out and all light bulbs were removed. The idea was, we would start trippin out after a few days. We went 2 days. Weak

five and a half days is the longest I've gone. In the Army we would do what is called a 96 hour defense as a engineer that means no sleep. After the 96 hours we would have to fight in the wars games that usually was about another 36 hours. After three days s--- gets strange... People see thingss, hear thing. I once talked to a tree thinking it was my platoon leader. Fun stuff.

I'll regularly go 1-2 days with insomnia if I don't get exercise.

I've gone weeks on 2 hours of sleep a night. The longest i've stayed up straight is probably 72 hours. After 2 days I just nod off if i'm relaxing, and will sleep for hours.

Or he's microsleeping. Jak wouldn't even be aware it's happening. It's like a blackout for 15 seconds to a minute.
Going without sleep for extended periods is nearly impossible for humans. We can exist as highly sleep deprived, chronically sleep restricted or are exceedingly polyphasic in our sleep habits, but sleepless - very hard to do. Very, very, very few can do it and even those occur under highly regulated situations as to protect the test subject from injury.
I suspect our West Coast Bird Watching Hoodie Thug might be one of them...

Woke up Monday at 6 am to catch the ferry, still going strong, 2 days at the wildlife rescue and on my way to play tennis and frisbee in a few minutes...
