triangle choke, but I like when its set up from the mount like Damien Maia vs Ed Herman I think. I also like the omoplata but I've never seen a successful attempt in an MMA match, just close trys

I really like the "arm triangle" or "head+arm triangle..." however it's properly callled. That's my favorite.
I haven't been watching mma forever, but... i don't remember seeing the arm triangle pulled off very much in the past. 2009 though.... has had some spectacular arm triangle finishes. I was at ufc 103 and Rick Story's arm triangle finish while still in Brian Fosters guard was just awesome. He had the choke on and he was arched upwards and it was just bad ***. Eddie Alverez pulled off a good one @ the last Dream show. Tyron Woodley also finished his last 2 strikeforce fights w\ it.
I really like anaconda choke / gator roll too and it happens alot less often.

It is the perfect sub for when people go for a poor shot and you sprawl and get head control. It may be that it is rather defendable and if you mess up you may end up on a poor position. I was only in BJJ for 15 months but this move came naturally for me as a former freestyle wrestler.

Going with the Gogoplata! When Diaz pulled it off against Gomi, I almost made snickers!

Anything that isn't a gimme. The submissions that take time to work into, due to wrestling and a series of attempts, are the best. When a high-level jiu jitsu fighter wins with a great submission, it's great to see - takes real skill, and rarely does lasting damage (ie no head trauma). When you see the lead in, or better yet don't, and then see what was going on in a replay, it is a very cool thing. Best of all, no "he got caught", "the ref called it too soon" or "the judges should go back to boxing" moments.

I'm a big fan of the tiangle. It's my personal favourite sub and my favourite one to see executed. However, I have to go props to a gator roll. So sick.

Americanas are sick cause even if you can't lock in the sub, you basically have the guy in a crucifix position already. I like the submissions from dominant positions like top mount or side control because it shows the fighter who wins chose the BJJ over just pounding the other guy out.

Tap out due to search box. It's rare, but when the search bar works, it's lights out.

I can tell you my LEAST favorite: the Rear Naked Choke. Probably one of the dullest finishes possible in MMA, like 15% of 2009 fights ended in RNC. it's even worse when an anaconda or an achilles lock or something cool was pulled off in an event, but the submission of the night goes to a guy with a rear naked choke.
That being said, I have to say my favorite to SEE is a kneebar, favorite to DO is a heel hook.
Imanari FTW!!!!
