There's a guy over at WL that posts as KENNY SHAMROCK. I don't mind you guys with the wrestler shticks, but honestly take a lesson from that guy and be funny with it. Or stop signing your posts. Either would do it for it. And when I say "do it for me," I think you know what I mean...

mma has borrowed lots of camera techniques and hype interviews, entrances to the ring, the whole 9. I dont care if you agree but thats my opinion. Both have no off season, lots of physicallity, and you can get your bang for your buck at either event over a boxing event you at least have to say that.

The difference is I dont bash somebody or bash anybody really. I just watch, compare, and am a fan of both sports. I never once said wrestling is better or mma is better. They are completely different, and you have me totally wrong, or are just straight bashing. Either way, you cant tell me phil the jabroni baroni's entrance in elite xc was straight out of wwe. Even the announcers said so. I just dont want to see the same thing happen to mma, its a wrestling thing. I can see the ignorance in not even listning to a point, or just bashing because you hate something somebody has an interest in. Its not like im taking up for hitler and the holocaust. Its not my fault wrestlers are now mma fighters. Please, get rid of the mma fighters that were wrestlers and there wont be much to talk about except production. The insinuation that wrestling had anything to do with them coming over to MMA is quite a bit off. Brock went to wrestling because at the time there were no other options. The only thing you could say is that by "pro wrestling" being his job, he worked out in the gym and stayed in shape, which has allowed him to compete in MMA now. Even that would be a stretch since a guy like Brock would likely have worked out and stayed in shape anyway.
You can like Wrestling all you what but like I stated in the friendly PM I sent to you, I think I speak for a majority of the junkies when we ask you to at the very least keep it in the OT thread. We don't really want a picture of Kane, or a reference to the WWE in the middle of a discussion about UFC 100 or Who the better striker is.
I don't see why that would be any more of a problem than for people to not hound you in the ot thread about you liking wrestling would be.
