the heat load on those units exceeds what they can cool. that's why swamp coolers are hung outside of windows.

but either way you're responsible for this climate crisis for using that.

It kinda worked in rainy season but now it’s just brutally hot and the heat coming off of it seems actually dangerous inside the car

Yeah, it’s right where I live. The next prefecture along, prefecture meaning a kind of state was the worst anffevted and it got pretty badly trashed. It always does. We just got some good balance practice.
