do you not have either a specific food or type of food that will causer you to lose it, cuz I know for me if I have gone with out mexican( real mexican for a while) it will hit me or if I eat a lot of ranch with my meal it will hit me also
Anything too spicy gets me. Chillies pepper while I love them sit in my intestinal track I think and burn. Cause sever diarrhea. Really have to watch what I eat.

Seriously. My proctologist said plain aveeno. I had hemroids and this really helped with it. Do a few normal wipes, then dab some of that on the TP to finish yourself up. No mess on your hands.

Back in October 2005 I was in the delivery room about to give birth to mini PCT #2. During contractions I felt the urge to push. While standing up, leaning forward across the bed with Mr PCT and Evil Edna (aka midwife) directly behind me, I pushed and out came a little rabbit pellet that dropped onto Mr PCT's shoe and proceeded to roll across the room while Evil Edna chased after it.
