Looking back, I wish Rampage and Wanderlei did one against each other.
On topic, if BJ wins against Fitch, I think BJ and GSP would be a good rivalry.
Chael Sonnen against Bisping? (I recongnize that Sonnen is suspended for a year, however, he could do this to waste time).
Brock Lesnar against Frank Mir?

THIS!!!! For so many reasons too.
One, both fighters have a LOT to teach about MMA. From striking, to the ground game (which, Leben's is decent, and Wandi has a solid ground game that is NEVER displayed). Plus, 2 great personalities on TV.
If not that, then Lesnar and Mir. At this point, with Nelson's legal battles, and Carwin still hurt, I think that this fight just makes more sense. Yes, Mir just won a fight, albeit it was boring as hell, Lesnar just lost his title, and needs to get back in the hunt. Carwin vs Mir, winner gets Carwin. Winner of that gets a title shot (if there are no other options in the mean time).
I think Marquardt just called out Wandi saying he wants to fight him and doesnt Leben already have a fight coming up with Stann?? As much as a fight between the two would be, neither has great skills to teach new fighters. I would rather see Marquardt vs Wandi instead. Or the winner of Henderson/Pettis vs the winner of Edgar/Maynard be the coaches. Great way to introduce fans to the WEC LW champ. People may say the same about Torres vs Faber but a lot of fans know Faber and he will most likely get the winner of Cruz vs Jorgenson.
I also wouldnt mind seeing JDS vs Cain as coaches
In the past, if I'm not mistaken, the next season coaches have been announced at the VGAs which I saw a commercial for earlier. At least the announcement has happened on the VGAs once that I know of. Hopefully the announcement will come about soon.
It's probably either Leben vs Wandy or Faber vs Torres.

as much as i would LOVE to see chael destroy bisbing in the trash talking department, there really couldnt be that much of a build up because we all know what the outcome of that fight would be
