Looking at the current BW division, I see a problem. After Dillashaw-Barao 2. Who is next in line?
Cruz and Assuncao are both out. Faber is moving up. Rivera, Mizugaki and Gagnon are all coming off losses. Wineland and Eduardo are who knows where.

UFC has to desperately get new BW's. Most of the top guys have all fought each other, others have moved down to FLW, and long time vets have faded.
Alcantara will have to go on a long win streak to get a title shot but BW is so shallow in depth that it'll be hard for him to get consistent fights. The same with Eduardo.
Assuncao getting injured might be a blessing in disguise fir the UFC cause Faber wouldn't have a chance to knock off the only contender left for the title. Hopefully he can heal up in time so that the champ is not on the shelf waiting

But seriously though, if Dana sticks to what he said & forces Lineker to move up to 135', how is he not an immediate contender?
I am having a harder & harder time believing that Assuncao can stay healthy long enough to fight, at least, 2 times in a row. And Dom is my guy, no question he'd beat TJ if they matched up now, but even i'm starting to question whether or not he can get over these all these injuries before they consume his career. If Urijah beats Frankie, how can you deny him a shot? Hell, even if he loses I would not be shocked to see him get a shot if they are THAT desperate for a challenger.
Too early in TJ's reign to put him in a super-fight with Mighty Mouse IMO.
Guess the matchmakers could go 135' heavy, for a while, in order to get the rankings moving & sprout forth a new list of contenders?
I don't know… but I do know that Killashaw vs Lineker would be a sweet fight

Sad part is the most obvious answer is Barao whips TJ's ***. You have to give credit to Ludwig and TJ for coming out and showing off Cruz type footwork which I would be inclined to believe had Barao unprepared for this fight... the second time around Barao will be training specifically for that style and should be better prepared to defeat him and I will do an AV bet for any one who thinks TJ will win this rematch

Alcantara and Lineker are both real options. But the longshot that nobody is talking about is Aljamain Sterling. Undefeated. Fights Mizugaki next. If he beats him, why not?

Sterling might break the Top 15 at that point. It's a winnable fight
As for Lineker, he is a BW, he fought his entire career at BW before he moved down in the UFC. He is a dangerous fighter and one I would love to fight the top at 135

Almeida is unranked, but the style match-up against TJ is intriguing.

This isn't really a fair question at this point. Dillashaw has Barrao, Cruz, and Assuncao lined up if injuries don't get in the way. That is at least 18 months worth of competition. There is time to create new contenders between now and then.
