I dont mind the fight, I just dont think Huerta deserves the title shot, Imada either for that matter.

So do you think Hansen shouldn't have gotten the shot at Aoki for the DREAM title after Alvarez got hurt? I think injury is just something that has to be dealt with in tournaments. As Big Country understands, part of the game is staying healthy until you have won the whole thing. In this case, that includes the title belt.
At least we know Curran should get first crack once he's healthy. If Curran ended up being injured for a year and Alvarez loses three non-title bouts that would be pretty lame that he gets to fight for the title anyway.
(This is all in reference to Imada being deserving. If Bjorn just picked Huerta cause he is more famous this whole argument is out the window)

I guess my beef with the whole situation is the fact that Bjorn keeps harping on the fact that the tourney produces a true champion and a true contender. If he gives a title shot to someone who lost in the semis of the tourney, before the tourney winner gets a shot, he isnt really following the formula he claims makes Bellator so awesome.
If Huerta gets a shot, why wasnt Neers shot for the title, or Jay Silvas or Whisper Goodmans?
Dream is completely different b/c I dont remember anyone from Dream making the claims at having true champs and contenders instead of title shots going to whoever the org wants.
Bjorn continues to take shots at other orgs when he speaks of them giving title shots to people that would make the org the most $$$. He is a hypocrite b/c he is about to do the same thing.[/

Edit, he WOULD be a hypocrite IF he did the same thing.
