I don't rate him at all. I think he is a pretty poor fighter, standing, on the ground and wrestling.
Munoz is no world beater but far better than Boetsch in my opinion.
Maybe I'll be eating my words later.

Tough fight in general.
I dont rate either guy highly and always thought munoz' ranking was insane. That being said, i dont know where munoz is mentally, hes had time off and i.simply dont see him bullying boetsch around.
Munoz is def the better grappler, but in terms of pure wrestling, id say theyre close. Striking is close, too, but tim.has that power and munoz has been wobbled more than a few times in the past.
I do think munoz is probably the safer play.

Munoz coming off a long lay off where he suffered from depression and food addiction made this a tough fight to pick. I ended up going with Munoz cause he looked great at the weigh in and pretty much what you said.

Munoz looked great at the weigh ins. I think he will put on a good performance.
My underdog pick for the night is Leben. The change of camp, the fact he could be cut soon, he needs money, Andrew Craig sucks, these factors make me think he can get it done here and get the W by out grappling Craig.

I cant stand Boetsch, I think he was lucky against Okami where something that freaky would probably only happen like once in every ten fights or something, respect for going after it like he did though. I think Lombard beat him in a shitty fight.

Craig has sound conditioning and i think thats going to be key. Then againg, it all depends pn which leben shows up. Another toug fight.
Pee wee is where the upset hopefully will be. I believe only warjorge, oly and myself jumped on that.

Most of Pee Wees KO wins have mostly been from GnP, i doubt hell want to go to the mat with Gonzaga, although hes not the cleverest of fighters. Ive taken a chance with Leben too, Craig doesent have strong takedowns and Chris tdd is decent where he only struggles with good wrestlers in that department, so i can see a standup type fight that i would give Leben a chance

tim boetsch is the 185 lb divisions mike pierce. he's a smart, tough guy with good power who knows how to grind out and win decisions. tough match up for anyone. munoz coming off long layoff as well.

Same here. I had Boetsch all the way up until I saw how good Munoz looked at the weigh ins. I know most times, weigh ins don't tell the story, but in his case it does. The guy went into deep depression and had a food addiction and he ballooned up to like 260. That, and in most cases, strong wrestlers have an easier time coming back from long layoffs because their discipline is far and away the strongest base to have in MMA. You could have crappy stand up and crappy jiu jitsu, but still win more than you lose in MMA if you have strong wrestling. I can see Munoz grinding out a decision just to get back in the win column, but at the same time, I could also see Tim do the same thing he did against Okami. Get dominated for 2 rounds and pull a KO out of his *** in the 3rd, that's why I locked it at 2.

This is why you suck, and need to stay retired.
